• Passed mortgage brokers course
• A minimum of one years experience in the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of Filogix Expert
• Knowledge of CMHC and Genworth programs
• A member of CAAMP or willingness to apply
• Maintain strong relationship with referral partners
• The ability to handle walk in business
